As Chief Growth Officer at co:collective, Conrad is charged with tackling strategically critical growth projects for co:. He is currently responsible for launching co’s sister company, The Pub – a content publishing business for brands. He is also leading the team that is building co:’s first product: Doable– a software platform designed to make innovation ideas more easily doable inside Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to co: Conrad was Group Director of R/GA’s social media practice, leading social media related projects for clients like Walmart, Verizon, SC Johnson, Mastercard and Nike among others. Conrad’s work on Walmart won the retailer awards such as Best Retail Social Media Strategy (AdAge). Conrad is the founder of Town Holler, a social meet up that gathers people from diverse backgrounds such as advertising, media, technology and non-profit organizations. Town Holler has been written about in The New York Times and Forbes among other publications.
